Theory and practice focusing on workplace application
Course design and content
The course is a Blended Learning design where individual online based theory is put into practical training face to face. During the theory online SRS’ instructors coach and assist every learner before meeting up for the practical part.
- Theory online – 1 day over a period of 2 weeks in your own tempo.

Cases and experience based situations focusing on decision making, hands-on practical skill training, and working on individual action plans for upcoming application.
