SRS actively supports SJ (the Swedish state-owned rail company) with a dedicated training programme for more than 1,000 employees covering personal safety, conflict management and self-insight, laws and regulations, self-protection and recovery.
The training programme co-developed with SJ is considered best practice within the European Union (EU) incl. Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) and European Transport Workers‘ Federation (ETF).
