Scandinavian Risk Solutions AB (org. nr. 556666-9171) and SRS Security AB (org. nr. 556490-6328),
jointly referred to as “SRS”, hereby commit to respect international, national, and local laws and human rights.

We ensure that our operations and staff abide by local and applicable international laws, international sanctions,
international humanitarian laws, human rights and related customary laws, as well as other obligations and good practices
as described in UN Global Compact (2000), the Montreux Document (2009), the International Code of Conduct (2010) and
Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights; Implementing the United Nations “Protect, Respect and Remedy” Framework (2011)
and any other applicable internationally recognized human rights commitments.

In conformance with ISO18788:2015 as well as ISO9001:2015 quality management system, SRS is committed to ensuring sufficient
resources, implementation, and control in order to: (i) avoid, prevent and reduce the likelihood and consequences of disruptive
or undesirable events; (ii) fulfill key stakeholder requirements and SRS quality objectives; and (iii) achieve continual quality improvement.
